The People Behind Clearway Vision

I started Clearway Vision because Midwest businesses have real operational problems and real potential — and they shouldn't be sitting on the sidelines while AI moves fast around them. Iowa and Midwest businesses face the same challenges as the big players: operational knowledge locked in people's heads, processes that haven't kept pace, AI tools collecting dust because the right help never showed up. That's the gap Clearway Vision is built to close.

I spent 11+ years at Meta — from data center engineer to infrastructure manager running a 210 MW campus, to building AI systems from scratch before there was a playbook for doing it. Over 8 years working at Rain and Hail Crop Insurance designing, building, maintaining and managing their infrastructure stack. Before that, nearly a decade at RSM McGladrey as a consulting manager delivering IT solutions across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, and agriculture. The pattern across all of it: I find the problems others can't crack and build the thing that solves them.

I have 29 years of experience as a special education teacher in Iowa. In that time, one thing has never changed: parents or guardians deserve to be fully empowered to help their children — and too often, they aren't.

I do this work because I genuinely care about the children I support and the families behind them. Every family has a long-term vision for their children, and my goal is to make sure the right support, the right plan, and the right people are in place to help them get there.

Bringing my experience directly to families through Clearway Vision means I can do that work in a deeper, more personal way — helping parents or guardians understand the system, navigate it confidently, and be the advocate they need.
